THE NAPAK DELEGATION AT “KAMAZ”

Representatives of the National Association of Automotive Component Manufactures (NAPAK) on a business trip visited “KAMAZ”.

The delegation includes the Head of the Committee of small and medium enterprises NAPAK Maya Sviridova, representative of NAPAK in Italy Ekaterina Snegur, Techical Director of TEKNOALFA S.r.l. Luca Guglielmotto, Head of the International business development of CSI S.p.A. Sandro Rolando, Marketing and Sales Manager of FIBET S.p.A. Stefania Saitta and others.

On the morning, members of NAPAK delegation visited the joint venture “CUMMINS KAMA” and the company’s engine plant, where delegation got acquainted with the work of the processing line of the CUMMINS cylinder block, CUMMINS engine assembly line, P6 engine KAMAZ new assembly line and others. The guest also visited the joint venture "ZF KAMA "and the automobile plant, where they saw the work of the KAMAZ main assembly line. The working visit ended with negotiations on the prospects of cooperation. In particular, there was a discussion on the deepening of localization, development of local services in the field of certification and testing.

NAPAK actively cooperates with Russia and foreign partners in the area of development and support of Russian automotive enterprises, promotes the launch of new projects, localization of the test base. For this purpose, NAPAK is implementing an International Development Program of Suppliers of automotive and industrial use components. Among the program participants are foreign automotive components suppliers and engineering companies planning to launch and develop business in Russia, as well as local suppliers interested in organizing the supply of components and material to the industry.
