Participation terms

The National Association of Automotive Component Manufactures (NAPAK, Russia) implements the INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM of Suppliers of automotive and industrial use components RUSautoconnect® (hereinafter – Program) with direct support of Russian assembly plants and their high-suppliers, regional government, industrial clusters, industry communities and associations.

The cost of connection to the Program for production and engineering companies from 1500 Euro (VAT not applied) per month (upon request). The cost is detailed after receiving information about the needs of the company.

Options program participants:

• connecting and entering the data of the participant's company into a multi-level ELECTRONIC DATABASE OF SUPPLIERS;
• updating the status of project participant to the agreed list of the main industrial market participants;
• integration into the branch system of business communications with the organization of collective and individual meetings and negotiations;
• support of the participant on placing orders at the enterprises of the automotive and related industries;
• formation of a contact matrix of consumers for the organization meetings and negotiations;
• formation of the contact matrix of potential sub-suppliers according to agreed list of direct communication products;
• connection to investment projects implemented within the framework of the Program on organization the output of automotive and industrial use components in Russia and abroad;
• organize participation in the quarterly Sessions of automotive industry suppliers (at least one), related industries, other agreed events of Program;
• support for the organization of test sales of company’s products and services with support in logistic and customs procedure.

All services and options of the Program will be placed on the NAPAK interactive platform RUSautoconnect.com

For Program participants and NAPAK partners on the new electronic resource open access to:

• the national multi-level electronic database of existing and potential automotive components suppliers of raw materials, equipment, engineering services, services for project implementation;
• the demanded list of components and technologies, conducted tender procedures;
• a list of current investment projects for possible joint implementation;
• engineering services for the development of new products for the automotive industry, testing, validation;
• the list of Russian and foreign partners opens for launching new projects, development of strategic and technological partnership;
• the exchange of new and used equipment for modernization and expansion of local company’s production capacities;
• industrial and technological infrastructure;
• the interregional bank of competencies and qualified personnel of the NAPAK.

Russian and foreign suppliers will be able to register on the portal, choose partners and contractors, offer their products and services for implementation. The platform will combine on one site all participants in the life cycle of the car from R&D development to production and aftersales services.

The need to develop this platform was due to:

• increasing the number of appeals from all market participants;
• reducing research time;
• formation of market share of companies entering the Russian market;
• reducing the cost of projects.
