INTERCARGO Ltd. was established in 1997, since then the main Company’s business has been customs services provision, acting as a customs broker.

INTERCARGO is also involved into support of foreign investment projects of both foreign companies importing to Russia new production technologies and Russian companies carrying out reconstruction of existent factories and building new production facilities, fitted with modern equipment.

At the moment INTERCARGO is supporting a number of international investment projects.

INTERCARGO is as well experienced in Federal Customs Service (FCS) Decisions upon Classification obtainment in respect of the equipment (usually it represent new plant as a complete) imported during specified period (up to 3 years). We support this procedure from the very beginning (drafting the components list and classification of components at the stage of deliveries planning) till issue of respective Decision upon Classification by FCS and applying at local customs authority (where customs clearance of production machinery and its components takes place) for special order of customs clearance in respect of the goods imported/exported under FCS Decision upon Classification. By the moment INTERCARGO has obtained over 30 FCS Decisions upon Classification in respect of different types of production machinery.

We also provide and arrange a full range of services concerning to import/export of goods, including transportation of the goods to/from Russia, their storage and delivery to final consumers after import customs clearance, obtainment of permissive documents in respect of imported goods (certificates and declarations of conformity, state registration certificates etc.).
