Togliatti is located in Samara Region.

It is the only major industrial city of Russia that borders not only the great Volga-river, but also the famous and unique in their wildlife Samara Luka National Park and I. Sprygin’s Zhjguli reserve.

Togliatti is the only industrial city in the world with more than 700 000 residents, with the city center occupied not by the city square, but the forest with a self-regulatory eco-system.
